Terms of Service
These terms apply to Mindogo’s website, interactive missions, and account services. Parents and guardians can help children choose a suitable way to use them.
1. Learning purposes
Mindogo uses interactive missions to help learners explore how AI works and practice expression, experimentation, and judgment. Missions use simplified teaching models and do not reproduce every mechanism or capability of real AI systems. Completion and stars are not a skills certification or a guarantee of learning outcomes. Content is not professional decision-making advice.
2. Families and accounts
Parents and guardians should help assess whether the content, reading, and controls suit their child. Sync accounts must be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or adult learner. Use an email controlled by the adult account manager and do not let a child manage the login details. On shared devices, existing local records may merge into an account after sign-in. See the Privacy Policy for account and data practices.
3. Current content and purchases
Purchases are not open. Missions 01–05 currently need no account. A parent who creates an account and verifies the email can access more currently available Beta missions. Purchases are not open; final pricing and content will be shown at launch. Available missions, account requirements, and access during Beta may change. We will publish material changes on the site and notify account users where appropriate. A one-time purchase with no subscription is planned. Before sales open, the purchase page will list the content, price, access rights, and refund terms then offered. The final offer will be governed by that purchase confirmation and the terms in effect at that time. Current planned pricing is ¥19.9 in mainland China and US$3.99 elsewhere. No promise is made about new missions, release timing, quantity, or inclusion in a future content pack. Registration, email verification, or Beta access does not create a right to permanent free access, future free access, purchase eligibility, or any other permanent entitlement. Learning progress is retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Future purchases and refunds
No payment or refund operation is available now. When purchases open, the applicable refund conditions and request method will be shown before payment. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attack or disrupt the service, attempt to access another person’s account or records, or use the service to infringe others’ rights. Except where applicable law permits it, do not copy, scrape, or redistribute product content at scale without permission. Search indexing and answer citations of the public product pages, learning catalog, and references are permitted under the published crawl rules; this does not authorize copying complete game content.
6. Works and references
Mindogo’s brand, visual design, mission content, and code are protected by applicable law. Referenced papers, reports, documentation, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and terms. A citation does not mean its authors or institutions participate in, certify, or endorse Mindogo.
7. Availability and records
Mindogo is currently in Beta, and interfaces, features, available content, and access methods may change. Registration, email verification, progress sync, or Beta participation does not create permanent access rights. Network, browser, device, or service failures can affect access and sync. Local records may be lost when browser data is cleared. We maintain the service in response to issues, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that data on a single device will never be lost.
8. Changes, feedback, and statutory rights
Material changes to these terms will be published here, with additional notice where required. The content and rights of any future purchase will be governed by the terms shown and accepted before payment. For questions about use or content, contact support@mindogo.ai. These terms do not exclude or limit consumer or personal information rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
